I had lived in my home for 46 years, so selling my home was not easy for me. I was completely unfamiliar with the process. When it came time to sell our parents house of 50 years, it was important to us to use a real estate agent who we knew we could trust. Our family thought of Greg and Mary Beth Irwin right away. It took me a long time to write this review because I was having a hard time expressing what a wonderful job Greg and Mary Beth did for my family.
We moved from North Carolina to Michigan. My husband and I drove up to Michigan one weekend and the Irwin’s had it packed with tours. They did a great job making use of our limited and valuable time.
We had to go back to North Carolina but they stayed on us, finding more houses and setting up another weekend full of viewings. We finally found a house we loved but because we hadn't sold our house in North Carolina, our bank wouldn't let us close on the new house in Michigan. Greg and Mary Beth did not leave us after hearing this! They waited four whole months until our North Carolina house sold, and we could purchase the new house in Michigan.
They called once a week, every week, for four months to check in on us and see how things were going, or if we needed anything. They even worked it out with the seller so that we could rent the house before buying it.
Greg and Mary Beth ensured we had a place to stay when we got to Michigan. They answered all of our questions, even getting back to us after normal working hours. They quickly processed all of our paperwork and always had everything ready to go, they were never unprepared.
They are complete and total pros. I am so grateful that they were our realtors, moving cross country is scary enough, I couldn't imagine how hard it would have been if we had any other realtors. I can't say enough good things about them or tell them thank you enough. And on top of it all they are just good people!

Greg and Mary Beth make a great team! They were very accommodating of our crazy schedule with two little ones and my husband working. They made sure to take the time and help us find our perfect house, even though it seemed like it would never happen! They even remained attentive when they had their own things going on. They also handled the sale of our house from start to finish seamlessly. No question was too silly and everything was dealt with very timely. Which was important to me since this was our first house sale. We are so glad we found such great people to help us start this new chapter!!

The Irwin Team was nothing but great when helping my husband and me find our dream home. We were living in Milan when my husband accepted a job in Lansing.
